What We Guarantee:

• Every item is produced using quality garments and professional-grade decoration techniques
• All artwork is reviewed and a proof is provided for your approval before production begins
• We will correct any error that is the result of a mistake made on our end — no questions asked

Please Note — We Cannot Be Responsible For:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors approved by the customer on the proof
• Sizing or fit issues — it is the customer's responsibility to verify sizing before placing an order
• Low-resolution or poor quality artwork submitted by the customer
• Design choices, color selections, or product selections made by the customer
• Errors introduced during the customer's design or order process

Our Quality Promise: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect such as a rip, hole, snag, or stain — or if the decoration does not match your approved proof — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Because every product is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or fit. All sales are final once production has begun.
