Returns Policy — Dsport Graphics
At Dsport Graphics, every item we produce is custom designed, decorated, and made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any completed order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Sizing or fit issues — please refer to the size chart provided before placing your order
- Color variation between screen display and printed product
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
We will gladly address any of the following defects:
- Rips, holes, or snags in the garment
- Stains or marks present on the item at the time of delivery
- Decoration errors that differ from the approved proof
If you believe your item has a manufacturing or decoration defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find the best resolution.
All artwork is reviewed and approved by the customer prior to production. By approving your proof, you confirm the design, spelling, sizing, and placement are correct. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
